Athletic Training Services:

The term Athletic Training includes the rendering of emergency care, development of injury prevention programs and providing appropriate preventative and devices for the physically active person. The term also includes the assessment, management, treatment, rehabilitation and reconditioning of the physically active person. The term also includes the use of modalities such as mechanical stimulation, heat, cold, light, air, water, electricity, sound, massage and the use of therapeutic exercises, reconditioning exercise and fitness programs.

Our Athletic Trainers are also instrumental in athletic department administration being utilized in budget, facility design, safety /health compliance, training of staff and during physical examination procedures.

All Formé Certified Athletic Trainers (ATC) have a minimum of a Bachelor's Degree, are Board Certified, NYS Licensed and fully insured Allied Health Care Professionals.

Formé Rehabilitation and Sports Medicine currently provides full-time athletic training coverage to several Westchester County High Schools.

Started his career with Formé Rehabilitation and Sports Medicine two years ago after receiving a Bachelors of Science degree in the field of Athletic Training from Marist College. In addition to leading the athletic Training team Scott also provides full-time athletic Training Services to New Rochelle High School.
