of manual therapy to control pain and allow a return to normalcy. Massage,
myofascial release (the realigning of fascia and muscle), and joint mobilization
(a technique that gently moves motion restricted joints through a specific part
of movement range). These techniques are central to our superior
personalized care.

This exercise is applied in a therapeutic manner with the goal of restoring or improving physical well-being.
Muscle strength coordination, and heart and lung endurance. Therapeutic

coordination, and to improve overall function. After you evaluation at

(NMR) is the definition given to any form of athletic training, rehabilitation program, or bodily movement that requires your muscles and nerves to learn or re-learn a certain behavior of specific sequence of movements. If you are an athlete who trains to excel in a given sport you may subject yourself to a higher level of neuromuscular re-education. During activities, your muscles are constantly refining the pathways necessary to master these movements, making them appear effortless. At Formé, one of our therapists will make sure to re-educate your muscles so that you can perform your skills as efficiently as possible.
The Formé staff takes a team approach to your overall health and well-being through a variety of after-care programs including "Fit For Life", "F.A.S.S.T", and One-on-one Personal Training.
